What we collect
Your mobile number and email, the photos and text you send us, the nutrition entries we generate, and basic billing details handled by our payment processor. We also collect standard technical logs when you use the portal.
How we use it
To generate your nutrition estimates, show your history in the portal, send you account and entry messages, process your subscription, provide support, and keep the Service secure.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate: messaging carriers, cloud hosting, the model provider that analyses your photos, and our payment processor. We do not sell your personal information or your photos.
Retention and deletion
Entries stay in your portal until you delete them. Deleting your account removes your entries and photos from active systems within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices
Text STOP to stop messages. Delete individual entries or your whole account in the portal. Email support@bitetext.app to request a copy of your data or ask a privacy question.
